awn is very personable and accessible. I like the fact that she explained legal terms to me as a layman. She was very easy to understand and that made me feel very comfortable when speaking with her. She was very forthcoming with answers to any questions that I had. There was no kind of ambiguity in ...her answers. All employees were very nice, professional and courteous, and they always made sure my issues were addressed. The best thing about working with the firm is that I could email her. We communicated a lot via email. That was so wonderful for me because I didn’t have to drop by or make unnecessary appointments. I only went to the office when it was absolutely necessary. Dawn is an absolutely wonderful attorney. She kept right on top of my case and knew everything that was going on. After having another attorney who was not very good, it was wonderful to have someone I could trust and rely on. She did everything she said she would quickly and kept me informed ever...y step of the way. She is also very easy to get along with and has a great sense of humor. Her office staff is also great and went out of their way to make sure my case ran smoothly. I would recommend her to anybody.
