awn is very personable and accessible. I like the fact that she explained legal terms to me as a layman. She was very easy to understand and that made me feel very comfortable when speaking with her. She was very forthcoming with answers to any questions that I had. There was no kind of ambiguity in ...her answers. All employees were very nice, professional and courteous, and they always made sure my issues were addressed. The best thing about working with the firm is that I could email her. We communicated a lot via email. That was so wonderful for me because I didn’t have to drop by or make unnecessary appointments. I only went to the office when it was absolutely necessary. It was great for my schedule. Working with Dawn was a really good experience. Thanks again for taking the time to help Dawn, it's much appreciated!
