Incredibly unprofessional. If you are a Spanish speaker, I would not recommend working with him. He handles my sister's case. We called him for guidance regarding her immigration process and grave matters. He was more concerned with telling me he can't help, without allowing me to provide more inform...ation or asking a question. Instead, he screamed at me, and I told him to lower his voice. He said he wouldn't speak to me, even though she asked him to talk to me, as her English is not good. He then hung up on me, called my sister back, and said he couldn't discuss her own case with her. He told her he would call tomorrow and hung up. If you have a complex case that requires empathy, he is not your guy.
