Arash E. Yadegari

Arash Yadegari's practice covers an array of commercial litigation and advisory matters, including class action defense, bankruptcy, employment disputes, breach of contract, fraud, unfair business practice, bad faith insurance litigation, dealer compliance, titles and collections. He also advises the company on legal and corporate matters, and handles regulatory compliance. Currently, Mr. Yadegari is the General Counsel at M & N Financing Corporation.

Mr. Yadegari has represented clients in federal and state courts, as well as in mediations.

Mr. Yadegari began his career as a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Mesisca, Riley & Kreitenberg LLP, where he represented clients in a wrongful death action against the County of Riverside, police brutality and excessive use of force action, and wrongful termination actions. Prior to joining MRK, Mr. Yadegari served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Margaret M. Mann of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of California and a Law Clerk to the Honorable Sandra R. Klein of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California, where he advised the judges on nondischargeability of debt issues under section 523 of the Bankruptcy Code, the effect of res judicata in bankruptcy proceedings and attorney sanctions under the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Yadegari also created the Credit Abuse Resistance Education Program (CARE), which is geared towards educating high school youth about the dangers of credit abuse. Mr. Yadegari presented the CARE program to a panel at the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. In 2012, the American Bankruptcy Institute adopted Mr. Yadegari's program for use on a national basis.

Mr. Yadegari received his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelors of Science degrees from the University of California, San Diego in 2007. Mr. Yadegari received his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 2012 with honors in Business, Labor and Employment law.
