Antonio T. Bugge

I was detained at the Krome Immigration jail. My family found Mr. Bugge and he came right out to see me. He was very honest with me and told me what needed to be done to get me out. He came to see me four times while I was detained. He even came to see me when they moved me way far to Glades Center a...nd did not charge me anymore money. Every other lawyer at Glades only talk with people on the phone. In court Mr. Bugge was great. Things went just like he said and the judge let me out. I am so lucky my family found him.

Mr. Bugge was hired for a deportation case, and required full payment in advance. He was never available for questions, fails to answer emails, and calls. During a very worrying time, this is essentially why we hired a lawyer, not to have to do the work ourselves! Overall, Mr. Bugge's lack of sinceri...ty and helpfulness was not appreciated and I do not recommend his services.

Antonio Bugge was hired to assist/defend my husband with an urgent immigration matter. He was paid a flat rate of $3000, with a bond hearing being part of the contract. After further investigation & consulting with another immigration attorney, I discovered that my husband was never entitled to a bon...d hearing as he entered the U.S. under the visa waiver program. Communication with Mr. Bugge was like pulling teeth. I have numerous unanswered emails, voicemails & texts, all of which were simply requesting an update. Mr. Bugge represented my husband, but was ultimately unaware of his deportation date, which my husband found out himself. When I alerted Mr. Bugge of the deportation date, he replied "that's great news." Mr. Bugge was very wishy-washy and never provide any answers or updates the entire time my husband was detained at Krome. I had to call the facility several times to try & get updates on my husbands status, which I was able to do by speaking with an ICE supervisor..the same supefvisor Mr. Bugge was apparently never able to get a hold of. On one of my last conversations with Mr. Bugge, he was extremely rude & adjitated on the phone & even shouted at me, which I have proof of. He has to this point, refused to provide my husband with a copy of his case file, which he is required to do by FL

My husband was detained by ICE which took my family and myself by complete surprise. I researched and went to over 10 different immigration attorneys who either told me that they could not help me because my husband had aggravated felonies or told me that it is best to have my husband deported and t...hen to work on vacating the charges and then bring him back to the United States. Mr. Bugge was so humble...he stayed in constant communication with myself and my husband and gave me the peace of mind that no other attorney could do. There are no words to express how grateful my husband and I are for Mr. Bugge and we will be forever thankful.

My husband and I hired mr. Bugge because of his rates and reviews. We googled him and decided we would love to retain him because the reviews related to his current situation. Many people already informed my husband that he would get deported because of the way he re-entered the u.s. Mr. Bugge assure...d us that it was incorrect information given and that would not be the case because he came legally. It was either fighting for a bond or getting voluntary departure. We choose voluntary departure because of the long waiting process you have to go through to get the bond approved (if) it was going to. Freedom is more important to my husband and I as we have built a family. Mr bugge informed us he (WILL) get us V.D as promised and he will go and see him while detained. All of what was informed to us was very true. Anytime we called Mr. Bugge he was there to answer and if we called him during court for a fact he will call back or even send a text message stating the answer to our question. We will continue to work with him as our immigration lawyer as we have spent thousands of dollars on a lawyer previously only to get v.d in the end again. Need I mention he also went down on price something he really didn't have to do. We love you Mr. Bugge and will have you to help my husband get legalized in the future. Thank you again.
