Mr. Bugge took our money and did nothing for our family member. He would not respond to emails , text messages, or phone calls he completely ghosted us. Our family member was asked to sign a paper that he didnt know what he was signing it was a release of service. Mr. Bugge has yet to contact any of ...us. Our family member was sent to the worse facility in Georgia and was asked uf he needed a lawyer he said no Mr. Bugge is my lawyer and they said no you have ne wr had a lawyer. Essentially we were ripped off. He is a horrible excuse for a human being

This lawyer was hired to to do a waiver for me as well as an adjustment of status after the waiver is completed . I paid him and submitted all the documents that he requested January 31 2023 and now we are on the month of April and nothing has been filed yet. He doesn’t answer text messages nor phon...e calls and then tells you that he didn’t get the text messages “”ridiculous!!! . He didn’t send me a retainer or anything at all to sign which I should have taken as a red flag. Whenever he decided to answer my text it’s just to tell me that nothing is filed yet he needs more time and it’s complicated. Its unfair how these lawyers take your case and treat you like a fart in the wind as soon as they get paid. I hope nobody ever hires this lawyer again he is unprofessional, nonchalant and rude.

His incompetence kept my husband in detention for months longer than he should have been....yes he kept filing extensions although he didn't actually do any work and then my husband lost his case because he failed to actually ask for any relief. Seriously the worst possible immigration attorney. You ...are better off burning your money and throwing it into the wind.

My mother hired this lawyer and gave him $1000 the very first appointment we had with him. The next time around she gave him $3000 to continue helping with the case. This lawyer made my family & I write letters for the immigration judge to overlook and determine whether or not my father is posed as a... threat in the United States for one mistakes he’s made in 1986. This lawyer told lies and is very bad at communicating. He decided to bring the papers that were filed last minute when my father was being deported back to his country. He also lied about going to see him in the detention center. He looked my father dead in my eyes and told him he was not on the list of the deportation list when he was.

I was detained at the Krome Immigration jail. My family found Mr. Bugge and he came right out to see me. He was very honest with me and told me what needed to be done to get me out. He came to see me four times while I was detained. He even came to see me when they moved me way far to Glades Center a...nd did not charge me anymore money. Every other lawyer at Glades only talk with people on the phone. In court Mr. Bugge was great. Things went just like he said and the judge let me out. I am so lucky my family found him.
