Antonio T. Bugge

I hired Mr. Bugge in a deportation matter. He was most attentive and full of promises in the first few weeks. As soon as he was paid in full, communication went to non existent. He was unprepared for court, and did not show up for the last scheduled hearing. I begged him to return calls/texts/messag...es to let me know what was happening with the case. It ended up with deportation. I asked for a copy of the case file so I could consider an appeal. It has been more than 2 weeks and still no word from him. Do not hire this attorney. I don't know how he has a few good reviews but the people in ICE custody that I know who had him as an attorney, were all deported. They all had the same experience with his representation. He is a very poor excuse for an immigration attorney.

Mr. Bugge was hired for a deportation case, and required full payment in advance. He was never available for questions, fails to answer emails, and calls. During a very worrying time, this is essentially why we hired a lawyer, not to have to do the work ourselves! Overall, Mr. Bugge's lack of sinceri...ty and helpfulness was not appreciated and I do not recommend his services.

Antonio Bugge was hired to assist/defend my husband with an urgent immigration matter. He was paid a flat rate of $3000, with a bond hearing being part of the contract. After further investigation & consulting with another immigration attorney, I discovered that my husband was never entitled to a bon...d hearing as he entered the U.S. under the visa waiver program. Communication with Mr. Bugge was like pulling teeth. I have numerous unanswered emails, voicemails & texts, all of which were simply requesting an update. Mr. Bugge represented my husband, but was ultimately unaware of his deportation date, which my husband found out himself. When I alerted Mr. Bugge of the deportation date, he replied "that's great news." Mr. Bugge was very wishy-washy and never provide any answers or updates the entire time my husband was detained at Krome. I had to call the facility several times to try & get updates on my husbands status, which I was able to do by speaking with an ICE supervisor..the same supefvisor Mr. Bugge was apparently never able to get a hold of. On one of my last conversations with Mr. Bugge, he was extremely rude & adjitated on the phone & even shouted at me, which I have proof of. He has to this point, refused to provide my husband with a copy of his case file, which he is required to do by FL

Worst experience with an attorney ever! Charged a large amount of money for services he did not provide never return any phone call would only text back after several hour fail to show up in court did not notice out of him not coming to court stated he would fail paper work for young visa he did this... attorney do not return phone call the only time he pick up the phone is when he first got hire after the case he didn't even tell us the out come I'm in the process of failing an complaint with the Florida bar and Immigration court again him I call help me Howard several time to report him I'm hoping no one hire him again to get Ripe off waste of money no commutation Very unprofessional and Rudy

Mr. Bugge was hired to try and get a bond hearing/voluntary departure option for me while at Krome Detention Center. He told me this would take approximately two weeks during the initial consultation. After 15 days of having no contact from Mr. Bugge, my family requested a second meeting. He proceede...d to tell them that very little had changed between the initial consultation & that time. After one month in detention, Mr. Bugge visited me only 3 times, for just a few minutes each visit...any never gave me an update, or indication of progress. Mr. Bugge had planned to use my chronic illness as a means to get me released, but failed to get a bond hearing or voluntary departure option. There was absolutely no communication between Mr. Bugge & myself of my family. Each time I tried to get an update, Mr. Bugge said he was not able to speak to an ICE supervisor, however each time my wife called she was able to speak to the supervisor Mr. Bugge couldn't reach. Mr. Bugge was not even aware of my deportation date, I found out myself through a detention officer. The only reason I was released was because ICE finally received my travel documents.
