Anthony I Shin

Mr. Shin is the most compassionate, patient, responsive person I've met in years who went the extra mile (and in an immediate fashion) after I called various attorneys seeking help and JUSTICE. I have never met him face-to-face, but I shared my story with him and - knowing my time constraints - he q...uickly researched the matter and spoke to the appropriate people. His calm nature, sincere desire to help, and expedient actions brought me great relief that weekend before the hearing. Alas, the magnitude and intricacies of my case were astoundingly convoluted that he recommended a colleague (who coincidentally I tried to retain after a pro se hearing months earlier - he happened to be in the courtroom but his schedule didn't accomodate my next hearing. However, with the availability and on the recommendation of Mr. Shin, he is now ready and willing to help/represent me.) Mr. Shin 1) took the time to listen to me in such a caring, understanding, and non-judgmental manner; 2) researched the facts; 3) kept me informed of his findings; and 4) offered an alternative who would be able to take my horrific case. NO ONE had taken any of the 4 actions to date, in my attempts to secure counsel. No one would touch the case with a 10-foot pole. Mr. Shin did. (Not even the attorney I hired from a reputable local firm early this year who spoke a handful of words on my behalf - I the Plaintiff subsequently lost and have been digging myself out of this pit since... that atty wouldn't even touch the case again.) I am forever grateful to Mr. Shin. He is one-of-a-kind. The best kind.

Anthony was nothing I had thought an Attorney would be. We all know the stereotypes and our fear is we get very little other then legal advice and a bill. Anthony is not your stereotypical attorney, he provided so much more then sound legal advice and expert representation. He cared about me and what... I was going through. He was available to me and answered every question no matter how insignificant they were. I was anxious and nervous through out the entire process and he always made me feel at ease. The best feeling when dealing with difficult issues is to know someone cares as much about you and your feelings as they would with a family member or themselves. This is how Anthony made me feel. I can not thank him enough and would not turn to any other Attorney ever if the need arises.

Mr. Shin was court appointed to my case and he was awesome. No other words could describe him. He went to bat for me since day one and hasn't stopped. We meet on a number of occasions, he kept me informed, was always available for me and if not he didn't keep me waiting long, and if I had a question ...he had an answer or he would get me an answer. He also helped me with some issues with my husband. I think the world of Mr. Shin he is definitely a man of his word.

Retained Mr. Shin for a legal matter. He interviewed me and immediately put me at ease with his professionalism, response time and technical command of the current case law in the Commonwealth. Great advocate in the court room as well. He worked to settle my case in two court visits. Great lawyer wo...uld be an understatement.

I was introduced to Mr. Shin by one of the partners in his firm. From the first meeting I had no doubt that he was the attorney that I wanted to work with. Mr. Shin took the time to go the extra mile on every task that my case required. He met with and had a great understanding of the perspectives... everyone involved in my case would be speaking from. Knowing these perspectives allowed him to prepare himself and most important prepare me for anything that could happen. Having this knowledge also allowed me to go through each scenario in advance and determine how I would proceed with addressing any of the potential outcomes of my case in advance ; not having to go through that process while under the stress of having just been told on the day of my trial. On the day of my trial there were NO surprises. Everything went according to one of the scenarios he had prepared me for. With this being my first time dealing with the legal system, I knew nothing about it. Selecting Mr. Shin as my attorney was the best decision I or anyone could / can make. While I hope to never need his services in the future. If the need arises, he will be the person I contact.
