Anne W. Hulecki

I have retained Anne Hulecki twice for two different businesses (both in the technology area). In the first company, she helped develop our basic contracts, agreements, and answered questions that came up in the course of business over a period of several years (e.g., how best to handle situation...s in our expense report policy). No question was too big -- or too small. She was a pleasure to work with and a professional to a tee. In my second firm, Anne provided general guidance and counsel on a number of issues, ranging from corporate policies to best wording on the website. Anne also provided a recommendation to another attorney to assist with the development of our user agreement, and this turned out well. Anne also help out on managing our trademarks. This included the management of the trademarks, renewals, etc. Although this was not a huge task, it was critically important and having her handle this for us was great and saved us from having to manage the process. I'd highly recommend Anne to anyone in a business, especially in the technology area, who needs good legal counsel on a contracting basis.
