Ms. Gibson took on my case even when it seemed hopeless. Myu ex had alleged I had abused my daughter and convinced everyone that it was true. Ms. Gibson did an investigation and got the DA not to charge me. Then she used experts and research to get my daughter returned to me and my ex only supervised... visits. She save my family.

I was charged with several allegations of sexual acts with a friend's daughter. They were lies. Ms. Gibson was appointed to me as a public defender but Ms. Gibson fought real hard. She never stopped looking out for me and making the DA prove what they say. She went above what I thought a public defen...der would do. She treated me like i pay her money and I got so much help. We went to trial and I was found not guilty. I have my life back thanks to her.

I hired Anne Gibson to help me regarding a child custody case to increase visitation and lower support payments. She promised me everything and did nothing. And I mean nothing. She forgot about a hearing which I was left to attend alone after I had paid her. She promised to make up for her transgress...ion in regard to the hearing but did nothing. As a result I paid her thousands of dollars, continue to pay an unfair amount to my ex in child support and cannot afford to see my child. I've tried multiple times over the past two years to get Ms. Gibson to help me navigate these complicated waters but have gotten no help at all. It's beyond frustrating. We hire attorneys with the hope that they will have our backs and help make situations better. In this case the situation got worse. I plan on contacting the New Mexico State Bar Association about her practices and will not rest until something is done. Thanks to Anne Gibson I pay an enormous amount in child support and never see my child.

I hired this attorney. At our initial consultation she promised many things, however never delivered on ANY of her promises. She took my money and ran. At my hearing, and of course AFTER taking my money in full she THEN informed me she was no longer going to represent me due to her taking a new job e...lsewhere. She knew of this new job BEFORE we even met, but still made false promises. She never answered her phone, never was in her office, and rarely replied to emails. When I did talk to her, all she talked about was her son, daughter, and husband. She never showed any concern for me and my case as her client. I did ask her for my money back, but of course was not given back a dime. I feel this lady is a scam. Go elsewhere with your hard earned money!
