Ann Mercer

I was referred to Ann Mercer to handle dividing my state retirement with my former wife. When the work was done, she continued to do tasks on my case that were unnecessary and billed me for it. I asked that she stop, but she continued doing more unnecessary work and would even bill me additional fo...r any communication between us. I called a year ago and seemed to clear it up with a woman in her office, but received a letter recently that Ann had sent my charges to a collection agency. I contacted her office and explained once again that her charges were unwarranted, and even offered to split the contested fees - paying half of the whole bill - but was refused.
