A few years ago I was going through an issue with my condo. The homeowners association was refusing to help me or get involved in a situation involving damage caused by another unit. After her consultation I was able to send an email to all parties involved, and was able to finally get a resolution where the damage was fixed and I was able to sell my home without having to take the issue to court.
