When you do not communicate with your clients and give them the very same story for four consecutive months, you are not doing a great job!!! Before leaving employment after five years, I left an open case because I was confident that the attorney (Angie Tinsman) would do a good job. Well things have... been made personal. Extremely poor communicator!

Met with Attorney Tinsman regarding an accident that my family was involved in in December. She outlined the entire process, and made me feel very at ease with an overwhelming situation. She was able to lay out all of our options, and give us the power to decide how we wanted our cases handled. Mrs. Angelyn Tinsman agreed to take our case which delt with GA grandparents rights; Mrs. Hewitt in our opinion did not aggressively pursue our best internet est pertaining to our loss of visitatation with our grandaughter. In fact, allowing the opposing attorney to dictate the outcome of the decisio...n!! Mrs. Hewitt had every chance to challenge and produce case law to shoot down opposing council arguments but failed to do, she just did the minimum; maybe this is because she took our case because we were friends! I did pay her $5 for a retainer fee and paid her all court & filing costs but was told that it was a pro bono case. So, why wife & I sit here screwed by an attorney who lied to us, lied to her law firm and if you choose to hire will most likely lie to you and supported by here attorney!!!!
