The strongest asset I bring to my law practice is my personality. I am diligent and tenacious, and I think "outside the box", which means I will explore all reasonable avenues and alternatives to help my clients get the best results for them and their family. There is no "cookie-cutter" solution to family law so why should a family law attorney approach every single case the same way? I am frank and forthright with my clients, giving them an honest, realistic opinion on what they are facing, not a sugar-coated sales pitch. I firmly believe in educating my clients as to the issues they are facing, good and bad, so that the client can make the best decision for them. After all, they are the ones that will have to live with the outcome, and that outcome will impact the things important to them, i.e. their children, families and financial resources. I have the skills to craft an appropriate settlement agreement where settlement is appropriate, and am an aggressive litigator who will pursue all reasonable angles when a case has to go to trial.
In my spare time, I read voraciously, spend time with my family whenever possible, and am an avid swim team mom.

Suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.
Case name | Outcome |
---|---|
Change of Custody/Relocation | I won! This was probably the biggest case of my career and I was able to get Father custody and relocate the child back to AZ. |
Relocation | I won. The court allowed Mother to relocate with the child and did not change custody. |
Change of custody | I won both times. The court gave Father custody of his children and admonished Mother for her behavior, and kept the custody with Father three years later. |
Child Custody | I won. Mother was awarded sole custody, with limited parenting time to Father because of his behavior. She was also awarded attorney's fees |

Angela is a pleasure to work with as opposing counsel. She is honest and straightforward, and does not play games. She recognizes and fights for the best interests of the children. Angela is also very helpful whenever I need advice on a family law case. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing family law representation.

I endorse this lawyer. Angela is an agressive attorney with a genuine concern for her clients. She has amazing confidence and knowledge in the practice of law, which she uses to guide her client through a very difficult time in their lives. Attorney Wilson-Goodman is an aggressive family law attorney. At the same time, she is very caring to her clients and understanding of their situation during their difficult times. She is a good advocate to have on your side when you are trying to maintain your life. She will definitely provide assistance in maneuvering through the legal process.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I have known Angela Wilson-Goodman for approximately ten years, and during that time, we have worked as opposing counsel on numerous cases. I appreciate her willingness to negotiate fair settlements rather than encouraging unnecessary litigation, although I have been impressed on more than one occasion with her litigation skills. I consider Angela to be trustworthy, responsive, reasonable, and committed to achieving the best result for her client. I have a great deal of respect for Angela's legal knowledge, confidence and experience, and I often seek her input regarding unusual or unfamiliar family law issues.
