My focus for clients is in reaching the best possible resolution to each and every challenge they face.  Often, litigation can be tossed aside in favor of a mutually beneficial business transaction, and I always have an eye toward the most creative solution that maximizes the value to my client.  I also recognize that value comes in many forms, and not all clients value money above all else.  While our Courts very rarely can offer a client more than money, there are other ways to further non-monetary goals, and seeing the big picture is an important part of how I represent clients.  

When I've established a strategy aligned with my client's goals and values, I relentlessly pursue it.  I take pride in the high level of detail and exhaustive factual and legal research I lead on behalf of my clients.  I communicate constantly with my clients regarding strategic and tactical decisions, explaining what I'm doing, and why.  

Over the years, this approach has been extremely effective.  I pride myself on understanding my clients and their business first, working hard, working smart, and adding that last measure of creativity to get the most for my clients.
