Andrew W. Kowalkowski

On February 3, 2014 I passed out at the wheel and hit a utility pool. I was arrested and was facing a super drunk conviction. My lawyer was able to get the charge down to a DUI. This of course has given me peace of mind and a lot less in fines, probation time and thankfully no jail time just 5 days o...f community service.
