Andrew Hill is a partner in NeJame Law’s civil litigation division, where he focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, tort claims, insurance disputes, employment law, and appellate matters.
He received his bachelor of arts degree in political science from Davidson College in 2004. While at Davidson, he focused his studies in areas related to politics of the middle east region. Attorney Andrew Hill was awarded a Dean Rusk International Studies grant to study abroad at the American University in Cairo, and also interned with Dr. James Zogby and the Arab American Institute in their communications and government relations office.
After graduating Davidson, Mr. Hill then attended Stetson University College of Law, where he graduated with honors. During law school, he served as a faculty research assistant, a teaching assistant in trial advocacy, a Senior Associate of the Stetson Law Review, and a member of Stetson's Moot Court Board. Additionally, he was a member of the Stetson Trial Team, which has consistently been ranked #1 in the country by U.S. News and World Report. At graduation, he was inducted into the National Order of Barristers, a national honors society that recognizes individuals "who have excelled in advocacy and service at their respective schools." He also received the Victor O. Wehle award for the highest grade in trial advocacy. Mr. Hill has continued his involvement with the Stetson Trial Team, serving as both a head and assistant coach in various state, regional and national competitions, including a 2011 regional championship team in the American Association of Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition.
Attorney Andrew Hill’s practice focuses on civil litigation in state and federal courts across Florida, where he represents a wide variety of individuals, business entities, and non-profit organizations, across an array of substantive areas. His cases include prosecuting and defending breach of contract actions, trade secret claims, covenants not to compete, insurance disputes, appeals of decisions at the trial level, and various tort claims. He further represents both employers and employees in discrimination cases, matters involving the Fair Labor Standards Act, whistleblower actions, and sexual harassment claims. Mr. Hill also uses his litigation experience to protect his clients’ rights as they negotiate and enter into contractual agreements as part of their business ventures.

overrated
He is simply an overrated lawyer with no much knowledge as thought.He actually lost my case because of arrogance and my inability to provide more money as we had agreed at the beginning.
