Domestic and International - I advise clients on trademark use and registration by helping them to clear their trademarks to avoid infringing others, to register their trademarks and to protect their trademarks from infringement by others.

My work in licensing is typically with a corporate attorney by advising on and preparing the intellectual property sections of a licensing agreement. I also prepare and advise clients on co-existence agreements, settlement agreements and consents.

I work with clients to send cease and desist letters, as well as answer cease and desist letters. I negotiate settlement of trademark conflicts and prepare settlement agreements.
