Stellar attorney, great human!

My experience with Allyson was an absolute pleasure! She is an incredibly well organized attorney who was professional AND personable thru all steps of the estate planning process. I can see how this experience could easily become overwhelming and confusing, but Allyson excelled at explaining everyth...ing and setting a pace that made it manageable. Additionally, the final document package was easy to navigate, precise, and included thoughtful resources and guidance to help simplify the process. Highly recommended!!

such a professional attorney

Good Experience

My husband and I met with Allyson recently (April 31, 2017) to review and update our trust. She was warm and engaging, and spent an hour and a half with us reviewing our current documents. We explained to her what we were trying to accomplish and she let us know that our current trust was up-to-date... and would cover all that we wanted to do. She would not except any money, calling our 1 1/2 hour session a consultation. We told her, of course, that if anything changed we would seek her expert help at that time. Like so many others we were wary of lawyers, but Allyson was an unexpectedly pleasant surprise.

Simply the best

Having the title of Lawyer carries a negative expectations and often the punch line to many bad jokes. Allyson will give you the opposite - her knowledge, experience and "bed side manner" are simply the best. While preparing our family Trust she not only thought of possible future outcomes, she ma...de provisions within the Trust to protect our assets and kids from these possibilities. All the while explaining everything in 'human talk" not "lawyer (confusing) talk." I have recommended her with confidence as the BEST Trust attorney out there and will continue to do so.

Living Trust

Allyson is the best! She makes complicated issues easy to understand and does it with patients, care and humor. We've used Allyson in the past for other legal documents and for advice and will continue to use her and recommend her because we trust and respect her.
