He is the best

We have been fighting a custody case and Richard Drake has been wonderful. He knows what he is doing and what most of people don't understand that have given him a bad review are that those people don't understand is that cases take time and that it's not just going over the paper work that is handed... to him he has to go over the relevance of what you have given him and how he can use it to your advantage. He has been wonderful to us and I would use him over and over again. He has been very honest with us and hey people he is and attorney he has other people that he works with and you are not the only clients to he hasaid on his case load. In a court case patients is what you have to have so he can put together you case so you have a fighting chance. If you want someone to hurry through your case you will get bad results. He is very thorough in his evaluations of all paper work and evidence you submit to him. Court cases don't happen over night they are long and drawn out due to continuance, judges not being available the other parties attorney not being able to speak with your attorney. Give the guy a break. Most of these bad reviews are people that obviously don't do theit homework on how long and what happens in a court of law. He is an amazing attorney and has gotten everything we have ever needed from him and more. He is a fighter and will fight for his clients. He will not let the other side or the law walk all over you. Do homework before thinking about hiring an attorney or just do it your self if you think it's a quick process. Richard Drake and his staff are fenominal.

Bankruptcy

I hired Richard in early August to handle my bankruptcy case. Was helpful until I paid the retainer fee of $700. From there, I did not hear from him for over a month. Would not return my phone calls or emails. I even went to his office and was nowhere to be seen. I had to hire a different attorne...y since I did not know what happened to Richard. Finally got back to me when it was time to collect more money. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Civil case

I retained Richard Drake and paid him $1500.00 to represent me in a case that I was the plaintiff.! I paid him in aug 15, 2015 and he didn't file the case until October 19, 2015. He never went to court on the case and never returns phone messages or emails.!!! My opinion is do not hire him.!!!

Fortunate to have found Richard Drake

If you are working with Richard Drake...you're fortunate. He handled my bankruptcy case and what I thought was going to be a nightmare, he turned into an easy and relatively stress free process. Always available and eager to answer our questions (many and often), he's competent, efficient and best of... all....very down to earth. Highly recommend.
