Civil case
I retained Richard Drake and paid him $1500.00 to represent me in a case that I was the plaintiff.! I paid him in aug 15, 2015 and he didn't file the case until October 19, 2015. He never went to court on the case and never returns phone messages or emails.!!! My opinion is do not hire him.!!!
