Alicia, is a fantastic lawyer who is very intelligent and has a lot of moxy. She helped my wife and I through a case and showed impeccable attention to detail. When we first met with Alicia and explained our situation, she happily let us explain our side (vent) and when we were finished she calmly ...told us what we were going to do. Completely disarming us and putting us at ease. Through out the process she detailed the steps and kept in constant contact (even updating us on the weekend once!). I know she had other cases she was working on and never did it appear like we were putting her out with our questions. She is the consummate professional and we were so lucky to find her. Alicia was a very good listener with exceptional follow through. We had no issues with misunderstandings and when we asked to change directions with our case she proceeded without hesitation.
