Alexei C. Garick

Each time we met with Alexei we found him supremely confidant of the law surrounding our case, and his strategy seemed sound. All of that fell by the wayside when we went to court. It was instantly apparent that Alexei is petrified of public speaking from the way he stood to the quiver in his voice ...when he READ his remarks. When it came time for a rebuttal Alexei said very little and its not because there wasn't plenty to rebut. It was as though he was trying to avoid speaking again. Needless to say I lost my case and I had been told by a few lawyers that the law was on my side. I strongly recommend that anyone that will need Alexei to represent them in a court take the opportunity to watch him defend someone else first.

Alexei always made time for us and was extremely kind and compassionate. Alexei was very aware of the details... of the case and it was apparent whenever we called needing details and answers to questions. Alexei was the calm in the storm and I am so fortunate to have him on our side. Words can not express our appreciation of him. We hope to never need his help again but we know where he is if we do and would not hesitate to hire him again.
