When I first spoke to Mr Phillips I was nervous but he made me feel at ease. He explained everything to me from point A to point B. I know he could not promise me anything but I know he will try his best with what I have going on. I would really like to thank Kala she has also been there if I had any... questions, she got back with me almost right away when it came to emails.
