This lawyer should not be a lawyer. He is unprofessional, refuses to communicate, never gets back to his clients, doesn't return calls or emails, doesn't care about his clients and could care less. In a year period of representation he has spoken to me once. He files documents without permission a...nd caused me to be falsley in prisoned. Run far away from this attorney and report him to the bar.

My experience with this defense was absolutely dissatisfying. I have witnesses and other clients who all saw him mis representing. He hangs up the phone walks away from you while talking. Doesnt answer questions. Never gave me progress reports. Never responded to letters. The list goes on and on. He ...mislead me on several occasions. Assigned me an aid and assist evaluation which was a complete waste of time. He was always making up excuses to not go to trial. He never gave me my full discovery. He never asked questions at trial that I wanted him to. He never used exculpatory evidence or subpeona any witnesses. I felt like he was the second prosecutor
