I live in NY but had a non-disclosure clause enforceable in UT. I emailed numerous UT employment firms with the facts and requesting a paid consultation. Alex Peterson was the only attorney that responded in a timely manner. I scheduled a 1 hr consultation with him. Alex reviewed all documen...ts that I sent ahead of time and was thoroughly prepared on the call. The news he gave me was not what I wanted to hear (enforceable), but he went through each point of the document that pertained to the scenario and clearly explained how it impacted me and why it did so. Finally, Alex gave me good advice on how handle the scenario with my employer going forward. I took his advice and was eventually able to negotiate a compromise with my employer. I forwarded the new non-compete documents to Alex and he quickly reviewed them and gave me his feedback and opinion. Alex was always prepared and gave me straight forward information and advice, even if it was contrary to what I wanted to hear. Overall, I would definitely recommend Alex for any UT employment items. In fact, I have already done so to a co-worker with a similar issue.
