Alethea Shaddox is an excellent attorney

I highly recommend Alethea. I hired her for a problem with child support. I found her to be an excellent communicator who is not only very familiar with the law but also understands the reality of how legal matters play out in court. She was responsive to my emails and telephone calls. She clearl...y explained the options to me. She demonstrated that she cared about me by listening to me and responding to my concerns. She is smart, knowledgeable, experienced, caring and most of all a very good communicator.

Grade A Lawyer for Bankruptcy!

My experience with Alethea and Express Bankruptcy Solutions was exceptional. I came to Alethea with a lot of problems caused by some poor financial decisions I made during a bad marriage. Alethea consulted with me about filing a possible chapter 7. She was honestly amazing and was also very down to... earth. Her confidence and experience was very reassuring and gave me confidence in myself that I would be able to move forward out of this financial mess I had found myself in. Thanks Alethea and thank you Express Bankruptcy Solutions for helping me!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
