I am a watchdog for any types of violations of constitutional rights, both first amendment, second amendment, fourth amendment, fifth amendment, and all the criminal rights amendments.

I handle campaign finance as both a practitioner and advisor. I can represent you if you have a pending matter in from of the KREF board, or I can walk alongside your operations to provide training and advise to help avoid any complaints.

I am trained as a general mediator (no family cases), and bring a mediation approach to cases even when I am in the advocate role. Mediation allows us to make a custom plan for you moving forward, rather than being trapped by what the judge would do.

I am a general practitioner, so I do not offer complex estate planning, but I can set up a plan for the majority of people and provide advice on whether more complex estate planning is necessary for your individual situation.
