I have tried and handled cases before Federal district courts in over 20 states, the Federal Circuit, the ITC, PTAB, arbitrators, and mediators for plaintiffs and defendants of all sizes and types. This experience combined with my experience as Judge at the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”), provides me with the ability to see a patent case from all angles and establish an effective strategy for my clients. I also serve as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
