I hired Charles Peruto, Jr., and every time there was a hearing, Richard DeSipio came in his place. Although Rich was quite capable, we paid good money for Mr. Peruto, and he never came. It was always explained to us that come time for the trial, he would be there personally. I must admit, that when ...it was time for the trial, Mr. Peruto not only showed up, but blew everyone away! When he was in the courtroom, no one else got a word in, and he walked me out of there as promised!

This firm was totally unresponsive to my needs after the retainer was given & was quoted a flat fee over the telephone. They then asked for more money. I gave it to them, only for the entire firm to give me the run around . I eventually had to put up more money for another attorney to get my case di...smissed, as Mr. Peruto's firm hardly did nothing legally, as they are so backed up with other cases. Would not recommend.
