Getting divorced is a nightmare, even if it is “straightforward”. For me, it was extremely emotional and I felt very alone. I had no idea that lawyers could be so down to earth, and truly caring, until I met Abby. I was a mess, but Abby was strong when I couldn’t be, angry when I couldn’t be, and b...rave when I couldn’t be. Going to court was overwhelming, but I was so well prepared, and felt like I had a true ally on my side. Abby is incredibly professional, and listening to her in court had me so awe struck I forgot to be nervous. Every step was laid out for me, and Abby (or her aide David) was in constant contact with me. I think most importantly, I felt like Abby was completely honest with me. She was transparent about the outcomes, which really built a foundation of trust. Because of this, I knew she wasn’t going to make promises she couldn’t keep. This law firm in general came highly recommended to me, but I’m so glad I happened to be paired with Abby when I set up my consult. I am so grateful she was there during this life altering experience.

Abby helped me navigate a very tumultuous high conflict divorce. She was conscientious of my budget and handled difficulties with opposing counsel and my ex beautifully. She was always on top of things, up front about what to expect and listened when I felt strongly about certain decisions. I originally met with Abby when I was in a very angry place, and she gave me advice that wasn’t what I was looking for but was actually the right advice. I ended up hiring her later on when my daughter’s father took me to court, and I’m certain she was the best lawyer for my case. Abby was extremely ...professional in dealing with me and my anxiety, reining me in when I was probably being obnoxious. She advised me well and consistently reminded me of what the court would or could do, what’s in the best interest for my child, how to play nice to make the best of a contemptuous situation. She stood her ground when she needed to, acting like a mama bear against threat. She explained everything well and she was quick with a defense, excellent with sparing the opposing counsel. She was responsive to emails, and I certainly sent her plenty. We came to a settlement and avoided trial. I didn’t get exactly what I wanted, but we got to an agreement I can live with, and my daughter and I can move on. It was a good experience having Abby as my advisor and friend through the case.

Abigail seemed great but was so aggressive that she upset the judge. I haven't seen my child in 5 years and I got nothing. I ended up paying extra child support, my ex's attorney fees. I think her youth, inexperience, and lack of having children made her not understand my trial. I would only recommen...d her simply divorce case without any family issues or custody. I did not gain any visitation rights, only Reasonable time, reasonable notice- meaning my ex says no and nothing I can do

I can honestly say Abby was amazing. She told me the truth and gave me realistic expectations and goals. Family Court is hard, stressful and everyone wants to WIN! Even when our perception of what winning is, isn't necessarily realistic or feasible. Abby always brought me back to reality. She didn't ...hype me up with false hopes and tell me she could make miracles happen that weren't possible. Here's what she did do, she fought hard for me. She always answered my emails timely , always answered my phone calls and strategized with me. We came up with a plan that was realistic and possible that I could live with. I wasn't even in the same state and she was so accessible and responsive I felt as if she was right down the street. I know people write gimmicky reviews, but this is not one of them, I am genuinely satisfied and content with the service I was provided and will definitely hire her in the future if the need arises. I have worked with other attorneys. They have left me feeling unimportant and rarely responded to my calls or e-mails. If I was lucky I'd get a response within a few days. When your fighting a court case theirs nothing worse that an unresponsive lawyer. It breeds a sense of fear and unpreparedness. Nothing gives more comfort than a lawyer whose on top of their game, contacting you regularly and providing you that sense of security and feeling prepared for what lies ahead. Now that my situation has settled, I am genuinely content with the outcome and I just wanna say to you Abby, your awesome. When you become a big time lawyer, please don't change your work ethic or the service you provide because it truly is top notch. Thanks for everything, If I ever need another lawyer you will be my first choice! Thank you!
