Worst lawyer ever

Justin racette is a pour excuse of a defender, he is absolutely terrible at communicating with his clients, he will literally let you sit in jail for years while supposedly defending you and not even communicate with you once, but will show up for court dates just to have them pushed back and continu...ed. that in itself should be illegal. It’s disgusting how he treats human beings. He did not become a lawyer to help people he makes that perfectly clear.

Great Job!

At first Justin Racette, I would not say bad nor a good lawyer. Of course lawyers are always busy so I assumed he was a busy person not answering my calls or replying back. But toward the end of my case he was doing a very good job. I'm thankful that he answered my questions to where I can clearly an...d fully understand them. He understanded what I wanted and needed for my case. I would recommend him to juveniles like me. I am very satisfied for what he has done for me and all the work and effort he had put forward. I was so blessed to have him as my lawyer. Thank you Justin. If they can give out Gold Medals to lawyers like you, you would have a showroom in your place.

HORRIBLE.

Justin was appointed to my husband as a pretender. During the process of the hearings, Justin failed to communicate with either of us ONCE. As a result of his poor communication, my husband has missed TWO of his telephonic hearings because Justin failed to provide the proper telephone number for my h...usband to call. This resulted in a bench warrant for my husband's arrest.!!!! I have NEVER been so disgusted with anything in my life. He is a terrible excuse for a lawyer!!!!!!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
