Joseph L. Paskvan

I hired this man to handle a personal injury claim. I was led to believe we could win and my claim was legitimate. After months of postponement and frustration, we went to court. He was poorly prepared for my case, did not take initiative in getting witnesses to appear on my behalf, did not provid...e adequate rebuttals or cross examination either. In the end I received next to nothing for my case and I discovered that any mention of insurance companies was NOT allowed as evidence to the jurors. It was the most humiliating and frustrating experience I've ever had. I'm still trying to pay off my medical bills which should have been covered and Mr. Paskvan did nothing to help me. Do not hire this man. I trusted him and that was foolish of me to do.
