Divorce Review

Will represented me in a lengthy divorce case and gave me wise counsel throughout the case. At the outset of the case I set out my priorities to him and my primary goals were met-which is not a given in any case. Will represented me and my situation fairly and he makes a point to not go "over the top..." in how he presents a situation to the court. If you are looking for an attorney who will present reality to the court, and who has spent years earning a positive relationship with the court, Will is an excellent choice. Will presents a case he can back up and I always felt solid walking in to the courtroom knowing that we were presenting an honest representation of the situation. There were some specific issues that were very much in contention and outside expert opinions were rendered that Will competently dealt with so that the judge was able to work within case law yet not just go with the patently unequitable proposal they were faced with. Will is knowledgeable, extremely competent, and will help you get through your situation with the best outcome you can reach. He will be honest about his opinions on the strengths and weaknesses of your case. He was absolutely my first choice for an attorney and my opinion of him has only gone up as he has worked with me through my case.

2nd chance

I was arrested for committing a crime I never committed. It was an extremely stressful time in my life and I had no idea what to do. I contacted the first lawyer I found in the phonebook and hired him that day. BIG mistake. After reviewing my case he said I should strike a plea deal. I of course t...old him no since I never actually did the crime. He mentioned that it would be extremely difficult to defend this case and he insisted again that I take the deal. I fired him and hired Mr.Walton from the recommendation from a friend. That was the best decision I have made in my life. He took the time to review my case and lower my stress level. He went throughj everything with me and I felt much better about this awful situation. Not once did he try to convince me to plea out nor made me feel like I didn't have a case. He always was a phone call away if I had any concerns which meant a lot. Long story short the charges were dropped and my nightmare is over. Granted I hope I never need a lawyer again but if I do, I wouldnt hesitate at all to hire Will Walton.

Excellent results

Will responded quickly to my wife's plea for help when I was arrested on two criminal charges, even though he was out-of-state on vacation at the time. He provided a clear explanation of what was going to happen, even before we retained him. Thanks to his perseverance and skill, both charges were d...ismissed and I have my life back.

Given sons life back

William Walton was very explicit on every detail of the case. when he took on with my sons case, Will was able to pick out the facts and make sense of a very serious situation and help our family in ways I have trouble explaining. My son has his life back and I owe it all to Will. He is very personab...le, and easy to talk too. There are few like him.

Check those tail lights

I met with Mr. Walton and explained my situation. He described several possible scenarios with the obvious and most desirable one being the dismissal of the charge. he kept me informed and answered my questions. He was professional with a good sense of humor that made him easy to talk to. In the ...end my, case was dismissed because it was not legally sufficient as charged. He was extremely helpful and I would recommend him to friends.

"Walton scrapes and scratches to the end for his clients and seems to always come out on top. In criminal law, the devil is often times in the details and the unwritten and easily overlooked consequences go unnoticed by many people, and sadly many lawyers. Walton can identify and help you sidestep those pitfalls as he deftly navigates you to a great result."

It is rare to find a lawyer with Will's combination of brilliance and down to earth personality. He is a zealous advocate who cares deeply for his clients. He's my first choice for referral of cases on the Kenai Peninsula."
