Good honest advice.

Isaac was contacted about a potential lawsuit with the State over a potentially toxic workplace within the Department of labor and unprofessional leadership and supervision which resulted in my daughter having to leave the Department under less than ideal circumstances. Despite the abuses and terrib...le working conditions during the pandemic, Isaac advised that the odds were not favorable for a court ruling favoring our position against the state. Isaac could have taken the case which would have most likely resulted in a loss and considerable expenses to our family. I respect Isaac for his honesty and professionalism. Good advise and great consultation.

Do Not Hire

I would not use Mr. Zorea's services again. He seems to have spent more time and effort in his response to reviews than on my actual legal case.

Grateful Client

Isaac was kind and compassionate as he helped me to recover my business. He was always available to answer my questions and he responded to letters quickly. It was a very stressful time in my life but he helped me get through the legal process. I am forever grateful.

Employment/First Amendment Prosecutor, Anchorage AK - not recommended

He did a very poor job - talked too much, didn't ask me enough questions to understand my case, didn't submit key evidence correctly to defendant thus making it inadmissible in court. Excuses were being "too busy" and a "one person" office. I offered to help, but he declined. He let the defendant,... his witness & attorney trash me during trial & did nothing to challenge them. Seemed to have very little court experience, being more adept at settlements than fighting for client in court. He was often unresponsive to e-mails and delayed my case for many months while collecting a hefty $2K per month. I had to keep after him to get information. I would not recommend him unless you have $$$ to burn. On the plus side, he's very personable and friendly, but unskilled in whistle blower cases and trial experience. He used a prepared written script that he didn't vary from which stifled the prosecution, leaving no room to explore key points that defendant & his witnesses put forth.

I am disappointed that this client has become disillusioned with my performance on her behalf. For this client, I filed an appeal and got her specialty license reinstated. After getting her license reinstated, this client was returned to her high paying position for a two year contract. I also defeated summary judgment filed by the defendant permitting this case to go to trial. At trial, I utilized over forty exhibits to persuade the jury that she had been treated unlawfully. In the end, the jury did not find that she had suffered any economic damages. She did not suffer any economic damages because I had gotten her reinstated to her job prior to trial. She nonetheless wanted to proceed to trial in this case, hoping it would restore her reputation. I feel that I skillfully prepared this case for trial. It is impossible to guarantee how a jury will react to a client's testimony. I took this case on an hourly rate, but waived over 40% of the hours worked because the jury did not rule in her favor. However, because I got her reinstated in her job prior to beginning the lawsuit, the client earned her large salary during the course of this litigation. If any prospective client has questions about my successes dealing with employment law cases, I will happily provide public record case numbers that will illustrate my effectiveness in dealing with these types of cases.
