Jimmy Earl White

I can't say enough great things about Jimmy. I have had 4 lawyers in the past and Jimmy hands down has been the most efficient and knowledgeable. He is prompt with phone calls and emails. He is respectful but stern when needed. He is great at giving you the big picture, not only what he thinks is bes...t but what the courts will tend to do in certain situations. He is very comforting and makes you feel comfortable in what you are trying to obtain with the court system. He does not nickel and dime his clients. I would and have recommended him to my friends and family. I have been so please and trust him completely with my case.

I have worked with Mr. White in to separate arenas: 1.) in a Child Custody hearing where Jimmy had a compassionate grasp and command of the case, which left the other side’s lawyer looking foolish and belligerent= resulting in a ruling where I was awarded rightly so 50% custody of my daughter. 2.) ...Jimmy was so impressive in his performance at the custody hearing, when I had issues with my business; I naturally called on Mr. White to help in this administrative lawsuit which unfortunately will be a very large case and possible settlement. After seeing how he had handled himself in the custody matter, I fell 100% confident my business is being handled with the best person I could trust to bring forth my side of this case. As a physician, caring for my patients as if they were my family is a motive I strive to live up to, which I feel That Mr. White also strives to maintain in his business relationships with his clients as well.

After reading his bio on Avvo, I felt confident that Mr. White would in fact focus on my "individual" need as he stated.
