Relationship: Worked together on matter
Steve Greer is one of the best trust and estate lawyers in the country. He served as one of the primary drafters of most of Alaska's recent trust and estate planning legislation. He has written extensively on the use of domestic asset protection trusts, generation-skipping transfer tax issues, and other topics. He has also presented to professional groups throughout the United States. Steve is a fellow of the prestigious American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), serving as the state chair of Alaska and in other leadership roles within ACTEC. I have worked directly with Steve on several client matters involving Florida law. I would highly recommend Steve to any lawyer or client.
