Adding to the previous answer, the visa is a K-3. With it she may come even if the I-130 is not approved yet.

There are limitation set by the airlines as to periods for pregnant women to travel. You should contact them. Have you filed a "wife" visa.

Do NOT file an I-539. The toursit visa has a diverging intent and could give her some problems at the time of adjustment - had a different intent...

The arrest is permanently kept by the FBI and in some situations, such as immigration proceedings, they may affect your case.

You would have to renew the PAROLE. Unfortunately CBP is not doing that anymore. The work permit may arrive sooner.
