You have to wait until the priority date is up to speed in order for your wife to be able to come. You need to file the visa petitions ASAP .

Hire a lawyer. NOW. You should not tell them anything without an attorney. You are probably removable on account of your convictions.

Its easier to do the waiver than to do the vacate. Unless you do not have the requirements for the waiver then you have to do the vacate.
