My interests focus on real estate. I have constructed 7 homes from the ground up and improved several others. I own over 100 acres in several parcels because I like to use them and develop them. When I assist you with your real property issues I speak from both personal and professional experience.
I have lived in Alaska since 1977, in Fairbanks, Juneau and Anchorage. I have owned or do own property in those locations as well as Homer, Talkeetna and Wasilla. I am presently developing a parcel of land in Uruguay. I am a landlord and I represent landlords.
In addition to all issues of real estate acquisition and development, I have decades of experience with environmental law. If you are having an environmental problem with your development (i.e. wetlands) or an environmental problem arising from your ownership (i.e. contaminated site) or an environmental problem with your activity (i.e. Environmental Assessments; Local and State development permits) I can help. The statutes referenced on the initial tag line, with which I have substantial experience, are:
RCRA = Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; CAA = Clean Air Act; CWA = Clean Water Act; NEPA = National Environmental Policy Act; as well as the Federal "Superfund" and State equivalents, as well as the regulations of the State Resource Agencies (ADEC, DNR, and ADF&G).
Thank you for considering me. Please give me a call at Reeves Amodio LLC.
