I engaged Henshaw Law Firm for a critical child custody case, hoping for expert assistance. Instead, I faced exorbitant charges totaling $42,500, with minimal progress. Their staff, insensitive to my financial constraints as a disabled veteran, nonchalantly cited "the law" as an excuse for their inco...mpetence. They overcharged me for trivial phone calls and allowed a child support order to pass uncontested, despite my inability to pay. Moreover, they falsified documents behind my back, showing blatant disregard for ethics. Their failure to file necessary motions further hindered my access to my son. Avoid Henshaw Law Firm at all costs. They exploit vulnerable clients, providing little to no value while laughing at your plight. A disastrous experience, not worth a single penny. Do NOT RECOMMEND.

I met Nathan and his team after finding myself in an extremely complicated situation I would not wish on anyone. Despite facing unfathomable odds which included I believe institutional bias and someone willing to do or say anything without any resemblance to the truth we ultimately prevailed. ... Nate was excellent and very knowledgeable and he had the keen ability to know the situation and he wasn’t harsh but effective and he at all turns had a strategy and he is ethical and trustworthy . He listens intently and cares and makes your investment work for you .He is a genuine Person and passion...ate about his clients . I would highly recommend him to anyone .. I can’t say enough good about him and his Team . Shaina his assistant is a gem also . They get the job done .

Hired for a complex case that this attorney was NOT experienced to take but of course, failed to disclose. Not only did he not improve the situation but the minimal effort he set forth was of detriment. Provided ZERO benefit and only left the client worst off. Blows smoke but provides NO effort. W...ould not even recommend to argue a speeding citation.
