DO NOT HIRE, SHE WILL LOSE YOUR CASE AND COST YOU THOUSANDS

She was the nastiest lawyer I've ever met. She didn't care to help me, she just cost 20,000 dollars and while I was emergency medivac to Seattle and my 5 week old son was dying "fired me" because instead of getting a THIRD assessment for drug rehabilitation, my hair follicles came back clean, I put m...yself straight into a treatment plan instead which would look better. She is a WASTE of money, she's a complete b*tch, doesn't help coach you, and instead reprimands you in every step you take and whatever you say because she doesn't coach you! Horrible waste of money and I do not recommend. She has a 1 star rating on yelp for a reason. Listen to it. She was lazy, rude, didn’t listen to concerns or testimony’s I gave her nor used very incriminating proof to assist in my case. She left at the very end because I was behind one payment. Needless to say I lost the case. She needs to retire ASAP, DO NOT HIRE HER if you need any type of good representation. She is horrid.

Worst Lawyer EVER!

I have never been treated so badly. I was vulnerable and I felt like she preyed on me. She was very lazy with my case and charged me $25k to do Nothing! She was VERY rude and dismissive to me even knowing I was abused in my relationship. I was so embarrassed in court from her lack off preparedness in... the case and preparing me. It was so bad that the judge saw it! The judge asked me THREE times if I thought I had proper representation from my lawyer. By this point I just wanted it over and told so. He gave Foley a dirty look and said ok to me with the look of sadness. I lost millions in this case but I just wanted to be done with HER! Even the opposing lawyer commented that she should be disbarred for taking advantage of me! Now that’s pretty bad!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
