Getting Josh as my attorney for my DUI , I was pretty excited. He made me feel confident and gave me “worst case scenarios” which was helpful. His fee for my DUI case was $3500. Once I paid him I hardly heard from him up until my hearing. I reached out via email and spoke with his assistan...t John on a few occasions. Each time there seemed to be a communication break down. At best, Attorney Fink was lackadaisical regarding my case. Every time I had an issue his rebuttal was that his assistant John would take care of it or he would follow up with me. None of which ever happened. I’m suggesting not hiring Mr. Fink, but in the chance you do hire him, make sure whatever is said out loud to follow up immediately with an email stating the exact language and/or verbiage that was spoken. Every time you do this be sure to put “request follow up” in the subject field of your email. In the end, instead of being helpful and giving guidance, his law firms quote was “Do For Yourself”

Off a recommendation by a good family friend I hired Josh Fink as my attorney for a dv case. He is beyond worth the fee. He guided and worked with me, made sure I understood what was going on with my case. He reassured me he was in my corner and made sure I took the right steps. He got the case to be... dismissed and all charges dropped, he helped get my life back in order. I can’t thank him and his team enough for the professional work and excellent representation.
