I defiantly agree with the previous post. I was not able to continue with my legal matters because I could not afford another large sum of money. I ended up having to settle the matter before even going to trial. The process was months in the making and drained thousands of dollars from my savings an...d retirement. I also did not feel like I hired an attorney that was fighting for me concerning my legal issues. Instead I was subject to someone who accepted every delay proposed to her without consulting with me at all. I would recommend you seek out legal assistance from someone else.

Dorothea can blow through thousands of dollars of your retainer in no time with little to no results to show for it. Despite numerous requests to curb costs, I ultimately ended up having to start over with a new attorney. I felt that she was not on my side nor did she have my best interest in mind....

I have been working with this attorney for many years. She has stuck with me and been willing to help me in any way possible. She does get busy and sometimes it is hard to reach her but she does the job I hired her to do, represent me and my best interest. She cares about her clients and will do he...r best to represent them. She is very knowledgeable and if there is something she is not sure about she reaches out to her resources. The most frustrating aspect is the court system itself. They are extremely back logged which is not a reflection of the attorney. This is beyond a lawyers control. I have and will continue recommending her to those in need of legal counsel.
