I have had several different public defenders over the years. Judging how he’s appointed randomly to an immense amount of inmates I’d have to admit he holds himself very well and puts forth his best effort to assure he does his best for everyone one of his clients. I can’t speak for his availability ...over the phone as I have not reached him but am in need to this week and will be back shortly to let the review know. A+ THO!

Chong Yim, Esq is the only Public Defender I have met that truly fights for his clients. I've had occasion thru family members to have multiple interactions with the Public Defenders office. Mr. Yim behaves as a defendants attorney unlike the other public defenders. The other public defenders act ...as judge and jury and ask such questions as don't you think you deserve some punishment. That isn't their duty or their right. Mr. Yim on the other hand, fights for his clients rights without the prejudice of the other public defenders. If you are poor and are forced to have a public defender, pray you get this one!
