William David McCool

Mr. McCool and his staff are very responsive and keep in contact. However, Mr. McCool can be very condescending and arrogant at times. He will do next to anything to keep from going to trial even if it means prolonging the ordeal (and the stress and strain) for months. While he may be flexible with p...ayment arrangements, it is his biggest concern. While he may win a good portion of the cases where he does in fact go to trial, he isn't a very calming or reassuring attorney. He was not very open to my needs or concerns. He also likes to talk more than he does listen which makes appointments with him rather long. If you're going to spend an exorbent amount of money on attorney fees I would recommend going somewhere else.

Mr. McCool and his team were a god send to my family and I. He restored our trust in a sometimes not so trust worthy judicial system. Mr. McCool was patient in explaining complex legal issues. He and his staff were accommodating in adjusting their schedules to best meet our needs. Mr. McCool was ...always prompt to return our calls and met with us often. He stayed fully informed and on top of matters. Mr. McCool and his team understand the significant impact legal issues have on an individual and family as a whole. They walked us through the storm until we were able to see and appreciate the sunlight once again.
