Jesse C.M. Montagnino

As a former Marine Corps Infantry Sergeant, the fabric of my being is leadership, helping others, and fighting for what is right.  My Law Firm stands for those basic principles. 

I began my educational tour of duty following my enlistment.  Graduating from Florida Atlantic and Florida State Universities, I then completed my legal training at Florida International and Temple University with an intense focus on courtroom advocacy and storytelling.  I started my own law practice in Nashville, Tennessee while my bride completed her obstetrician/gynecology training at Vanderbilt University. 

In Nashville, I truly honed my legal skills while standing behind my core beliefs.  Whether it was advocating for a mother’s right to raise her children, litigating against prison abuse, or defending the wrongfully accused, I always made the defense of others’ rights, my personal passion.

I moved to Walla Walla in search of a simpler life in a more wholesome community.  I found what I was looking for.

I recognize people are going through difficult times when they come to an attorney.  Though every person has a unique story, I am consistent in my approach: I try to comfort them with the security that I will lead and help them through their most difficult times while fighting for their rights with an eye toward a better future.
