Janelle Carman

I met Janelle in 11/08 via a friend. I had just about lost my entire life until I met her & my legal team. Without her, I would not have my family back together. I would have for sure have lost my children for life. Together, we were successful in suing DSHS. Janelle has been key since the day I had ...met her. She followed my case before my children were returned & advised me on how to handle situations where I felt blindfolded. Even with a public defender. Janelle volunteered her work & valuable time until she saw my children returned. That, to my family & myself, will forever be priceless. After the children were returned, Janelle jumped on board with our lawsuit against DSHS, along with her amazing staff. I cannot put into words, their heart, hard work, her own money, and hours & hours, of time, spent on our case until she resolved it properly. My children received their piece of justice, & I must thank Carman Law office staff, & especially Janelle. Watching her work was definitely one of the most inspiring moments regarding this case I've witnessed. She works with her heart. 100%, she is a woman who works with her heart. She was extremely caring when my children were deposed. Those are fragile situations where children can be uncomfortable. Janelle made sure they were comfortable. She brought special snacks, even called me first to be sure she brought things they would enjoy for several hour long depositions. She definitely goes out of her way to ensure that everyone is as comfortable as possible in uncomfortable situations. My children loved her & she worked extremely well with them. She's professional. Even moments were we should have been offended or outraged, she was naturally graceful. She was extremely easy to connect to. Easy to contact, whether email or via phone. If she was busy, she always made time for me. These were two cases that emotionally tapped me out. Janelle was one of my backbones & I would not have made it through phase one, where honestly I wanted to give up without her. Her kind words motivated me to pick back up & her encouragement absolutely kept me going all the way through to the very end. Janelle worked with my family & myself for four years straight, never missing a beat. To this very day and for the rest of my life I will be forever grateful for Carman Law Office. The staff genuinely cares. Janelle genuinely cares. And they are very vocal about this. They make you feel & know, that you are actually hanging onto a solid rope, rather than a thread. Janelle's actions prove that she does her job with her heart & I know personally her genuine motivation is for the people she represents. You couldn't ask for a better lawyer. If I could give her more stars, I would. She is now someone my children & I will forever remember. She's the beautiful part of a very ugly chapter in my children's & mines lives that we had to endure. She definitely softened the blow for everybody.
