Janelle carman was state appointed to me in a case couple years back. She was very frustrating to me in the begging cus I was new to the system, and didn't understand the process and couldn't ever get through to her. Even moments were we should have been offended or outraged, she was naturally graceful. She was extremely easy to connect to. Easy to contact, whether email or via phone. If she was busy, she always made time for me. These were two cases that emotionally tapped me out. Janelle was one of my backbones & I would not have made it through phase one, where honestly I wanted to give up without her. Her kind words motivated me to pick back up & her encouragement absolutely kept me going all the way through to the very end. Janelle worked with my family & myself for four years straight, never missing a beat. To this very day and for the rest of my life I will be forever grateful for Carman Law Office.
