Since 2007 attorney Patrick J. Galloway has been serving clients in Eastern Washington and beyond. Prior to forming Advance Legal Services, Patrick worked at Kerr Law Group in Kennewick, WA where he provided a variety of businesses, government entities, charities and individuals with legal representation and consultative services. Patrick handled legal matters involving estates and probates, contract negotiation and drafting, LLC formations, risk management, regulatory compliance, State and Federal Court litigation, administrative appeals, business sales, personnel issues, land use, real estate, and more.

However, he has recently been recognized for work on public records and disclosure, guest lecturing atthe Association of Washington Cities' conferences in Olympia and Kennewick, and successfully defending the City of Pasco in Franklin County Superior Court against allegations that City leaders had violated Chapter 42.56 RCW (the Public Records Act).
