Jillian Harlington

I contacted Jillian through Avvo, and received a follow up call from her office that day, and they were able to schedule a consultation for me with Jillian the following business day. I was contacting Jillian regarding an employment issue, and while I didn't think (and was hoping) I didn't have a "ca...se", I did want a legal perspective on my situation. After thoughtfully listening to my story, Jillian carefully explained various legal aspects and considerations, including my rights as an employee, my employers rights, and how the situation could hypothetically impact my colleagues. She walked me through several hypothetical scenarios, making it clear in each scenario what the repercussions were and what my options would be. She was very patient as I asked numerous questions, each time responding thoughtfully and clearly. After our conversation I felt very confident that I had the information I needed to navigate the situation to my benefit, and not put my job risk. Jillian made me feel very welcome and comfortable, and I greatly appreciated her patience and insight.
